1:1 coaching

Become the main character of your own story. Start to uncover the obstacles getting in your way and develop a personalized plan to take action towards your goals. Hone the gifts that align with you the most. Odelia will hold the space for you and cut through the noise so you can focus on what matters most to you.

reflection call

After completing your coaching package, you can choose whether you want to continue, pause or stop the sessions. However, the partnership does not end there. Odelia offers a post-coaching reflection call to review your journey and review what other support you may need.

leadership coaching

1:1 coaching that is customized to your leadership style. Embrace your authentic self and create goals that make sense for your lifestyle. Take action from a place of alignment, rather than a place of “should.”

Odelia is an ACC-certified leadership coach who empowers clients to take action with intention. She integrates her curious, compassionate presence as a coach with her strategic, corporate MBA background and her encouraging, mindful energy as a barre teacher. Her mission is to help clients access their innate creativity and authenticity, so they can transform their own lives and share their strengths with the collective.
